Product Expert - Digital Experience Analytics
We are looking for a person with good understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, customer service, UX, and web development. The candidate should have work experience from web analytics or app analytics. An interest in our platform-partner Contentsquare and a wish to grow into an expert on the platform is an advantage. The role requires you to be able to transform raw data into a cohesive story. Strong candidates should be able to work with clients, proactively in a fast-paced environment, and work efficiently. Knowledge and experience of project management is an advantage, but not required.
In the role as a product expert, you will be the person that deliver our digital experience services to our clients. You will be first point of contact between clients and BRIVO. Therefore, building partnerships and managing collaboration is the key to this role. If you have an interest in service delivery and a passion for analytics, we hope to see your application.
- Master in Technology or Business related subjects
- 3+ years of experience
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Adaptable to various client cultures
- Team-player and good at personal relations
